  • My PsyPact accreditation allows me to provide online therapy in various states in the United States. You can check here to confirm whether your state is part of the accreditation.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions depending on your needs. Virtual sessions are available as long as you are located in a state approved by Psy Pact. See here for more details. Sessions are conducted through Theranest’s HIPAA compliant secure video platform, which is easily accessible through your phone and/or computer.

  • Sessions occur 1x/week and spreading them out during the initial stages of therapy is not an option I offer because it is unlikely to be beneficial to your progress.

  • Fees are $250 for the initial assessment session and $195 per follow-up session. My fees are determined by my years of practice, community standards, and credentials.

  • I’m in-network with BCBS PPO. If you don’t have BCBS PPO and prefer to use your insurance, you can check if have out-of-network coverage through your insurance plan. I am happy to provide you with a superbill as needed so that you can provide it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Since reimbursement rates vary, I encourage you to confirm your coverage with your insurance company.

  • If you would like to check if your insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage, these are some questions that can assist with confirming your coverage:

    1. What percentage of my fee will this plan cover per session when meeting with an out-of-network behavioral health provider?

    2. What are the steps I need to take to get reimbursement for counseling with an out-of-network provider?

    3. Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met yet?

  • You can check if your insurance plan has out-of-network coverage for therapy sessions (see above for guidance on how to do that) and if not, the sessions would be an out-of-pocket cost.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours notice will result in fees.
